Creating an Automated Report

Creating a daily, reoccurring automated report is beneficial for showing historical and current data.

1) Click in the dynamic report widget on the main dashboard.

2) Click “Create Automatic Report.”

3) Fill in the title of the report, the start and end date, the steps and unit associated, all recipients emails, time of day the report needs to generate, the reoccurring days the report needs to go out, and the length of each report. Then click “Add Parameters.”

4) Choose the company, site, and location. Click on all parameters you want to view on the report, then click update.

5) Click “Start Automatic Report Generation” to create the reoccurring report.
